Lead preconstruction efforts by developing conceptual, schematic, design development, GMP, and lump sum budgets; performing value engineering; reviewing constructability; and defining project scope. Serve as the primary liaison for owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners, fostering strong relationships, leading project meetings, and proactively communicating project status, risks, and solutions.
