You will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans that build or restore functional abilities, including activities of daily living, vocational skills, homemaking tasks, and overall independence for patients experiencing disabilities, injuries, illnesses, or developmental delays. Working collaboratively with patients, families, caregivers, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members, you will provide compassionate, evidence-based care that supports each patient''s unique rehabilitation goals.
