The HVAC Crew Leader directs, supervises, coordinates, and performs districtwide maintenance, repair, inspection, and operational oversight of HVAC systems and controls to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient building operations. Familiar with, have a working knowledge of and comply with all national, state, and local air quality and mechanical codes to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all personnel, and enforce safety procedures including lockout/tagout, hot work, respirator compliance, chemical handling, and safe operation of mechanical spaces.
