Position Summary: Serving as a strategic partner to the Finance, Asset Management, and Leasing teams, the Director defines the analytical approach and leads the modeling for large complex leases, tenant credit evaluations, capital investment returns, internal valuations, and potential re/developments, dispositions, and acquisitions. Furthermore, the Director assists the Asset Management team in preparing asset-level business plans, frequently interacts with and presents to Division and Corporate Executives, and maintains strong collaboration with colleagues across operations, development, tax, financing, and accounting.
