Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, ensuring the accuracy of deposit account and customer records, deposit collections, wire transfers, file maintenance, handling disputes, research, fielding and resolving deposit account related questions, restraining notices and other legal documents and assisting retail staff with questions on deposit related processes & services. The Deposit Operations Representative position is responsible for accurate and timely processing of requests received from delivery channels such as Synergy, Synapsys CRM, and email.
