This role will focus in the following areas: - Implement the established nutritional care programs: Assessment, planning, implementation, documentation, evaluation, and education based upon regulations and established nutritional best practices. We have four senior communities in Minnesota including Brooklyn Park, Corcoran, Shoreview, and Woodbury; a campus in Monroe, Michigan, and two location is Ohio: St. Mary of the Woods and Saint Therese Westlake.
