The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CRM strategy, roadmap planning, requirements management, and stakeholder engagement. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce architects, administrators, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Salesforce solutions.
