Experience in education is helpful, but strong candidates may also come from customer operations, healthcare administration, financial services, credentialing, workforce development, hospitality operations, or other environments where accuracy, deadlines, documentation, and customer communication matter. You’ll serve as an important connection point between students, instructors, sponsors, regulatory agencies, and internal teams while helping ensure programs run efficiently and in accordance with state licensing requirements.
