Assist in recruitment and retention of students, primarily in the instructional setting, through the development and implementation of effective teaching and learning strategies for diverse populations; support recruitment and community outreach events on and off campus. Demonstrate effective communication with students in a variety of ways, for example including, but not limited to: e-mail, online discussions, live online sessions, online messaging, phone, face-to-face, and/or other modes as needed.
