Certifications, Education, and Experience Requirements: ACLS (American Heart Association), BLS (American Heart Association); minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU setting, with preferred experience in open heart surgery, CRRT, temporary pacemakers, post-permanent pacers, acute MI pre/post cath, mediastinal/chest tubes, ventilator management, hypothermia protocols, and drips including Cardizem, Nitroglycerin, Vasopressors, and sedatives. This role involves caring for patients with complex cardiac conditions in a 24/7 acute care setting, including post-operative open heart patients, with a focus on advanced hemodynamic monitoring and specialized equipment.
