Including but not limited to: electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, masonry, carpentry, crane, mobile equipment, grounds, machine, hydraulic, power tools, welding equipment, computer aided operations equipment, robotics. Four years of experience in facilities maintenance experience to include all phases of preventive and corrective maintenance, including industrial and/or commercial facilities maintenance associated with specialty is required.
