The Staff, Lease Accounting, assists in performing Lease technical and operational accounting functions to support complete and accurate financial close, internal, and external reporting and the end-to-end lease cycle across the company's real estate portfolio ((Arby's, Buffalo Wild Wings, Sonic, Jimmy John's, Dunkin', and Baskin-Robbins). Complete month-end close processes including subledger work in CoStar, general ledger entries, and internal and external financial reporting deliverables, including reconciliations, roll forwards, footnotes, year-end deliverables and controls.
