Experience with chest tubes, wound vac/VAC dressing changes, BiPAP, non-titrating vasoactive/antiarrhythmic drips, cardiac rhythm interpretation, temporary pacemakers, TR bands, post-femoral sheath care, insulin drips, drain/ostomy care, and IV starts. Cares for cardiac and medical patients including post-op cardiac cath, ablation, TAVR, STEMI, NSTEMI, CHF, AFIB with RVR, sepsis, COPD, ETOH withdrawal, COVID, PNA, and respiratory failure requiring BiPAP or high-flow O2.
