Develops, a cross-functional business team consisting of functional leads from the PCS business unit not limited to Development, Division Engineering, Sales, Manufacturing, Finance (and works closely with market intelligence, marcomm, legal, IP, and HR as needed) to: Manage and provide guidance on finding the optimal solution (balancing the needs of Corning and the customer) to develop the business case for new products related to performance (i.e., specs, attributes, services), quality, share growth, customer needs (contract management).
