Ideal candidates will have an associate degree or equivalent experience, with 1+ year of construction project accounting experience preferred , along with knowledge of construction accounting, job cost accounting, project billing, AP, payroll, and subcontractor billing and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe, or Bluebeam . This role partners closely with Project Managers and Project Controls to manage job codes and cost codes, review invoices and purchase orders, prepare customer and progress billings, coordinate subcontractor payment applications, and support construction payroll and timesheets.
