Provide frontline and escalated support for manufacturing systems and operational technology, including Zebra printers (ZPL configuration and troubleshooting), barcode scanners, production-floor workstations and displays, shop-floor networking, and connected IoT devices. You will be a key partner to IT, manufacturing, and operations teams, supporting day-to-day production activities while driving continuous improvement in systems, processes, and uptime.
