Lead manufacturing participation in APQP activities, including DFMEA review, Characteristic Matrix development, manufacturing risk identification, and production-readiness planning; partner with Plant Manufacturing Engineering and Quality on Process Flow Diagrams, PFMEAs, Control Plans, SPC, and process capability activities. Working closely with Design Engineering and Plant Manufacturing Engineering, the Lifecycle Manufacturing Engineer leads manufacturing transfer to the site, where Plant Manufacturing Engineering owns process implementation, qualification, control, and continuous improvement.
