In twelve months, you will know you are successful when you have: Provided meaningful financial and project performance analysis to support strategic initiatives and business decisions; Consistently monitored project performance, including work-in-progress, profitability, and key financial trends; Partnered with Business Unit leaders and Project Managers to improve financial understanding, accountability, and project results; Lead initiatives to improve accounting and project accounting processes, reporting, automation, and efficiency; Optimized the use of NetSuite and other financial management tools to support reporting and decision-making, including identifying opportunities to leverage emerging technology and AI to improve finance and accounting processes; and. You will play a key role in supporting a project-based professional services organization and will work closely with executive management, operational leadership, project managers, and accounting staff to drive financial performance, improve processes, and support strategic decision-making.
