Joining an established management team of three experienced managers, with each leading on a specialist area, you will work closely alongside them, benefiting from strong peer support, shared problem‑solving, and a collaborative approach to leading the service. You'll lead a friendly, skilled team of therapists while working closely alongside specialist teachers and educational psychologists to support families, schools, early years settings, social care, and health partners.
