Through in-person, in-home, virtual, telephone, email, and appropriate community-based interactions, the Care Specialist supports patients across multiple therapeutic areas while protecting privacy, respecting individual choice, and promoting equitable access to support. Educate patients and caregivers, within approved program parameters, on health insurance concepts, coverage processes, access pathways, and available affordability resources; connect patients with the appropriate approved services for individualized support.
