The Program Manager is responsible for all phases of the contract lifecycle including business development, proposal development, staffing, development of plans and schedules, project management and control, overseeing formal tests, financial management and forecasting, project reviews, quality, customer relationships, reporting to customers and RRC management, and long-term product support.
