Provide strategic and hands-on leadership across the organization’s financial functions, ensuring that financial systems, controls, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, revenue processes, and financial decision-making support exceptional care and long-term organizational sustainability. This position requires a leader who is comfortable moving between long-term financial planning, executive and Board-level analysis, budget development, cash flow oversight, reimbursement and revenue-cycle concerns, audit preparation, internal controls, and direct problem-solving when financial issues arise.
