Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Information Systems, business administration or related field preferred; Industry leading certifications such CCBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSM, SAFe are desirable; Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, and a solution-oriented mindset; Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills; Ability to work successfully as both part of a team and individually, across multiple projects at once, and in a remote-first setting. Write user stories with clear acceptance criteria; document use cases, business/system/functional requirements, performance/stability requirements, traceability matrices, and test cases; Use SCRUM Agile methodology to document requirements - Epics, Themes, User Stories, and Personas; Run daily stand-ups and effectively manage team and stakeholder meetings.
