Serves as the primary operational point of contact and subject matter expert for core enablement systems, including CLM, One Med, and SharePoint, partnering with Digital, Customer Engagement Systems, and Field Medical Excellence teams and vendors to manage configuration, enhancements, releases, user access, and field device readiness so colleagues have reliable, compliant tools to engage HCPs. AI fluency and prompt engineering - Advanced, everyday user of enterprise generative AI tools (e.g., Claude) who designs, tests, and refines prompts and reusable prompt templates, builds AI-assisted workflows, and coaches colleagues on effective, responsible, and compliant AI use (data privacy, and responsible AI considerations for HCP-facing tools and data in a Medical Affairs setting).
