The Director of Accounting will oversee the Controller and partner closely with the CFO and cross-functional leadership to strengthen accounting processes, improve financial visibility, enhance internal controls, and support the company’s continued growth. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role provides strategic and operational leadership across the accounting organization, including financial reporting, month-end close, internal controls, tax compliance, audit support, and accounting systems.
