This role oversees the partnership of therapy services, treatment planning, therapist assessments, funding renewals, clinical documentation, and group therapy programming to ensure services are effective, compliant, and aligned with each youth's needs. Position Summary: The Treatment Services Director provides senior leadership and oversight of all individual, family, and group therapy services within the residential treatment program, ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed, and youth-centered care.
