POSITION SUMMARY: The Patient Care Technician/Certified Nursing Assistant (PCT/CNA) provides appropriate safe basic care to patients which includes taking vital signs, assisting patients with activities of daily living, specimen collection, and observation of patients for physical/emotional changes. Overview: UNIT DESCRIPTION: As a CNA on our Adult Medical Specialty Unit, you'll provide compassionate, hands-on care for adult and geriatric patients experiencing a wide range of medical conditions, from respiratory and cardiac illnesses to diabetes, kidney disease, and infections.
