The Vice President, Operations provides executive leadership for three of the five North American operating regions, with accountability for manufacturing performance, safety, quality, service, cost, productivity, employee engagement, and financial outcomes across a significant portion of the Refresco North America network. Strengthen site leadership capability, frontline engagement, labor stability, and employee trust by ensuring consistent communication, strong operating routines, and visible leadership across the regions.
