Required: High school diploma or equivalent Experience using hand tools Ability to manage a schedule, prioritize service calls, and complete work in a timely manner Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong customer service and communication skills OSHA 10 certification Ability and willingness to complete OSHA 30 certification Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record Ability and willingness to obtain a CDL Ability and willingness to work at heights of 30-75 feet Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. We work on a wide variety of projects throughout the region, including Mayfair Mall, Bayshore, Milwaukee Art Museum, Harley Davidson, Concordia University, Childrens Hospital, Milwaukee Tool Downtown Corporate Headquarters, Foxconn, IKEA, Meijer Stores, Fleet Farm, the Deer District, Wisconsin Center District, Marquette Campus Town, and many others.
