This role combines hands-on civil engineering design expertise with project management, client consultation, team leadership, and regulatory navigation for institutional, commercial, industrial, and residential development projects throughout the Lehigh Valley and eastern Pennsylvania. The Project Manager is expected to be technically proficient in site design, grading, utility layout, stormwater management, and roadway design while also carrying responsibility for project schedules, budgets, client relationships, and regulatory approvals.
