Skills Required: This position requires two (2) years of experience in the following: building and maintaining financial models to evaluate transaction outcomes, capital structure scenarios, and investment strategies using Microsoft Excel, FactSet, S&P Capital IQ, and MSCI; building complex, multi-tab models, including accretion and dilution, merger models, and pro forma analyses using Microsoft Excel, FactSet, S&P Capital IQ, and MSCI; analyzing financial statements including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements to assess company performance, trends, accounting metrics, and overall financial health using Microsoft Excel, FactSet, S&P Capital IQ, Bloomberg, and Equity Research; evaluating investment risks, valuation, and capital market positioning in public and private securities using Bloomberg, FactSet, S&P Capital IQ, MSCI, Moody''s Analytics, S&P, and Fitch analytics; supporting and leading the execution of mergers and acquisitions transactions, including due diligence, drafting marketing materials, and coordinating with legal and accounting advisors using Datasite, Intralinks, SecureDocs (VDR providers), PitchBook, Rogo, and Crunchbase; developing valuation models using methodologies including discounted cash flow, precedent transactions, market comparables, Economic Value Added, and leveraged buyout using Microsoft Excel, FactSet, S&P Capital IQ, and MSCI; applying corporate finance principles to support investment and capital budgeting decisions, including analysis of tax impact, dividend policy, and capital allocation strategies using Microsoft Excel, FactSet, S&P Capital IQ, and MSCI; extracting, processing, and analyzing financial data using SQL, VBA, and Microsoft Access to support modeling, reporting, and investment decision-making; conducting detailed financial due diligence on target companies, including operational, financial, and legal aspects using Datasite, Intralinks, SecureDocs (VDR providers), PitchBook, Rogo, and Crunchbase; structuring, analyzing, and executing debt and equity offerings, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, and private placements using Dealogic, Bloomberg, and FactSet; conducting capital return and financial performance analysis using Microsoft Excel, FactSet, S&P Capital IQ, and Bloomberg to assess shareholder value by performing ratio analysis including Return on Equity, Return on Assets, and Return on Investment, calculating Total Shareholder Return; creating and presenting pitch books and client presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Word; conducting industry, market, and company research to support transaction ideas and client pitches using IBISWorld, Statista, Gartner, Bloomberg Terminal, FactSet, and Equity Research; building and evaluating financial models and utilizing scenario and sensitivity analysis to assess the impact of changes in key assumptions; utilizing market analysis tools to assess market conditions, trends, and competitive positioning using Bloomberg, FactSet, S&P Capital IQ, AlphaSense, and Equity Research; identifying and evaluating potential risks using risk assessment tools that could impact financial performance and shareholder using MSCI RiskMetrics, Moody''s Analytics, Bloomberg, FactSet, S&P, and Fitch analytics. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum education and experience required: Employer will accept a 3 year or a 4-year Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field of study plus 4 years of experience in the job offered or as Investment Banking Associate, Analyst, Financial Analyst, or related occupation.
