Experience administering a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), including work order management, preventative maintenance scheduling, assets and equipment (for example forklift, electric carts) records management, labor and materials tracking, reporting, workflow development, and system configuration; experience serving as a Megamation system administrator strongly preferred. The position serves as a key operational leader within Campus Operations and works collaboratively with college leadership, contractors, vendors, regulatory agencies, and campus stakeholders to ensure college support services are maintained in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner.
