Key elements of success in this role include but are not limited to: • A strong working knowledge of the hospital, wholesaler and vendor systems; • The ability to interact with numerous departments (finance, accounts payable, revenue integrity, and others) to ensure that drug pricing and revenue is appropriate and accurate; • Interactions with GPO, DEA, OPA, CMS, JCAHO; • CoNSiteable knowledge of computers, 3rd party payors, cost data, etc. The Pharmacy Purchasing & Regulatory Analyst will provide analysis and oversight to ensure the process of day to day operations of the systems of contracting, procurement, receiving and storage of all pharmaceutical products for departmental function.
