Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Familiarity with OSHA, MSHA, DOT and MUTCD preferred Proficiency in email, internet and Microsoft suite of products required Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site logistics Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) Skilled in problem-solving Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships Proficient in using company technology and systems Ability to work in all weather conditions Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds Ability to perform physical tasks for extended periods (standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, twisting, climbing) Ability to maintain balance and coordination on uneven or slippery surfaces Ability to work safely around loud noises and heavy machinery. Qualifications: Five (5)- seven (7) years of experience in the construction industry required Heavy civil construction experience preferred Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
