The Senior Accounting Manager will oversee the accounting operations of a newly public company in its first full year of SOX 404(b) compliance, including managing the month-end close process, owning the integrity of the general ledger, and serving as a named control owner within our SOX framework. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of GL and AP accountants spanning general ledger, fixed assets, accounts payable, and payroll, setting clear expectations, building review discipline into every deliverable, and growing the team’s technical depth as the company scales.
