Research and resolve invoice discrepancies , working with rail carriers, freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to obtain supporting documentation, correct billing issues, and ensure invoices are processed accurately and timely. ·Support daily rail logistics operations by monitoring domestic and cross-border shipments, including railcar status, orders, documentation, track and trace, border crossing status, and shipment milestones.
