Exercise full supervisory authority over small team of paraprofessionals in the Trial Division, including one subordinate supervisor, overseeing recruitment, hiring, promotion, performance management, coaching, and discipline, and collaborating with Trial Division leadership to resolve employee grievances. Contribute to developing, implementing, and evaluating policies, procedures, and operational improvements related to eDiscovery and eDiscovery platforms, identifying improvement opportunities and leading eDiscovery change to support Trial Division goals.
