Support and optimize MRP, work order management, BOM structures, and assembly workflows within NetSuite for network switch hardware production Partner with supply chain and planning teams to ensure accurate inventory costing, lot tracking, and serialized inventory management for hardware components and finished goods Collaborate with contract manufacturers and procurement on purchase order workflows, vendor management, and consigned inventory programs in NetSuite Oversee inbound and outbound logistics operations in NetSuite including shipment tracking, landed cost capture, freight vendor management, and integration with 3PL and freight forwarder systems Support RMA and reverse logistics workflows in NetSuite, ensuring accurate handling of customer returns, warranty replacements, and refurbished hardware inventory Design, implement, and maintain API-based integrations to ingest real-time data feeds from contract manufacturers, warehouse management systems (WMS), and suppliers - including ASN and shipment confirmations, inventory on-hand updates, production completion signals, and supplier acknowledgment statuses - ensuring NetSuite remains the authoritative system of record. 10+ years of NetSuite experience with at least 3+ years in a management or team lead capacity Hands-on experience with NetSuite manufacturing, MRP, work orders, BOM management, and inventory modules Experience in electronics, networking, or hardware manufacturing environments strongly preferred Experience with API, 3PL, or contract manufacturer integrations Proficiency with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and NetSuite integrations; ability to scope and oversee technical customizations Working knowledge of Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) and ASC 606 as applied to hardware and bundled software/service offerings Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and NetSuite reporting; comfort with data modeling and KPI development Excellent communication skills - able to translate technical ERP concepts for finance, engineering, and operations stakeholders Familiarity with PLM systems such as Arena or Agile and the ability to manage BOM and ECO integrations with NetSuite Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field.
