1 to 2 years of progressive experience in swim coaching required, 1 to 2 years of progressive experience in the conduct of a collegiate level men’s and women’s swimming and diving programs with proven success in recruiting high quality student athletes and/or equivalent related experiences preferred. Assist head coach with working with appropriate personnel to determine your needs for the organization, coordination, and scheduling of all home and away contests including: facility and equipment set-up, officials, timing table, statisticians, media considerations, lodging, meals, travel arrangements, etc.
