Working closely with owners, developers, design teams, contractors, and building operators, this position helps bridge the gap between design intent and real-world performance while improving energy efficiency, indoor environmental quality, system maintainability, and long-term operational success. By leading commissioning and supporting decarbonization efforts across multifamily, commercial, institutional, cultural, and community-focused projects, this role helps identify and resolve operational and performance challenges in both new and existing buildings.
