Performs preventive maintenance on commercial refrigeration, kitchen equipment and HVAC systems, including cleaning coils, replacing filters, checking temperatures and pressures, inspecting electrical components, and documenting equipment condition and service performed. The associate is required to have visual acuity to perform an activity such as operating machines such as lathes, drill presses, power says and mills where the seeing job is at or within arm's reach, performing mechanical or skilled trades tasks of a non-repetitive nature.
