The Black Cultural Zone Community Development Corporation (BCZ CDC) is seeking a Coordinator, Facilities Maintenance to serve as the on-site lead for facility readiness across 8321 International, 2750 73rd Ave, BCZ hubs, and other designated sites. Conduct basic HVAC, lighting, restroom, plumbing, trash, access, cleanliness, and safety checks; identify issues early and route specialized repairs to the appropriate vendors, property contacts, or operations leads.
