JOB DESCRIPTION The Clerk IV is a working supervisor who assists in managing the Board's Claims Management Unit. The position acts as a resource to both Board employees and the workers' compensation insurance community including insurance adjusters, auditors, advocates and attorneys. RESPONSIBILITIES The Clerk IV functions under the direction of a Business Manager I and is responsible for day-to-day operations of the unit including supervision, maintaining data standards and ensuring accuracy of regulatory filings.
