Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Child Development, Early Childhood Special Education, Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field and three (3) years of related experience in assigned program area preferably as a case management, service coordinator, or multi-disciplinary team facilitator with children, youth, adults, and families; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Completing Early Intervention intakes, developmental screenings, interpreting results of developmental assessments to families, interpreting procedural safeguards and rights relative to federal and state requirements, identifying and coordinating community resources and services to enable the child and family to receive maximum benefit from early intervention services, and facilitating the development and implementation of the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP).
