License, Registry or Certification: Required: Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities: Preferred: Telephone etiquette, organizational skills, ability to adjust and deal effectively with frequent interruptions and workload, competent use of Microsoft Applications, ability to function independently, ability to problem-solve effectively, effective communication skills.
