o Become conversant in material project agreements, including JV agreements, management services agreements, manure supply agreements, ground leases, O&M agreements, offtake arrangements, interconnection agreements, environmental credit arrangements, tax credit monetization documents and major vendor contracts. The role will focus on financial performance, portfolio reporting, partner coordination, farm and counterparty relationship management, asset optimization, capital prioritization, and coordination of legal and contractual issues across operating and development-stage RNG projects.
