Provide financial oversight over a portion of Tennant's real estate portfolio, including; accountability for multiple cost centers, planning/managing capital and expense budgets, leading the annual operating plan for sites supported, and driving cost reduction and cost avoidance strategies. GENERAL RESPONISIBILITIES: Ensures successful day-to-day operations within the facilities supported by managing, coordinating and executing facility services (engineering, janitorial, security, cafeteria, landscaping, snow removal, life-safety, preventative/routine maintenance, etc.).
