In this role, you will: Own outbound sourcing for select hardware, software, AI/ML, and technical roles — building talent maps, target company lists, and search strategies from scratch. Run creative, high-signal outreach (boolean/x-ray search, events, referrals, niche communities) to reach passive candidates in narrow, hard-to-find talent pools.
