Knowledge of federal, state and local environmental regulations including but not limited to: Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA); Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act (SARA); Brownfields Amendments; Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Clean Air Act (CAA), Clean Water Act (CWA), Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-know Act (EPCRA), the Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure Rule (SPCC), and state and local storage tank regulations. As an EDD National Technical Expert, you will be responsible for assisting the EDD CoP with high level aspects of the EDD CoP with needs such as: evaluating opportunities, developing an appropriate scope of work, and preparing proposals; preparing or reviewing reports and deliverables; and coordinating and conducting the necessary review of project documents with colleagues, client representatives, contractors and others required to work as a team on EDD projects.
