The Salesforce / Litify Administrator will work closely with Operations, Legal, Intake, Records, Finance, and other business teams to understand operational needs, translate those needs into scalable technical solutions, and manage projects from requirements gathering through configuration, testing, deployment, documentation, and user adoption. Maintain and improve Salesforce security architecture, including users, licenses, profiles, permission sets, permission set groups, roles, sharing rules, public groups, object access, and field-level security.
